Contact
DRAW LAB is run by one person. Email reaches me directly — there is no ticket queue and no bot in front of it.
Contact@dollargravity.com
The general address. Use it for support questions, bug reports, Pro billing and cancellations, corrections, advertising, press, and anything else not covered below. Replies usually go out within two business days.
About@dollargravity.com
Editorial and site-ownership questions — who runs DRAW LAB, how the data is produced, methodology questions, and requests to verify that a piece of content genuinely came from this site.
DRAW LAB is operated by David Choi as an independent project. Correspondence is handled in English or Korean.
Reporting a data or content error
Corrections get priority over everything else in the inbox. To make one actionable, please include:
- The page URL where you saw the problem
- The specific figure, date or sentence that looks wrong
- What you believe the correct value is, and the source you are relying on — an official lottery site, a state statute, an IRS page
Confirmed errors are corrected on the page with a dated correction note rather than edited away quietly. If you were right, the note says so.
Pro subscriptions and billing
Questions about a Pro purchase, a renewal, a refund request or a cancellation go to Contact@dollargravity.com. Include the email address used at purchase and the approximate purchase date. Please do not send full card numbers, bank details or any government identification number — they are never needed to resolve a billing question here, and I do not store them. Card processing is handled entirely by the payment provider; DRAW LAB never sees or retains full card data. Refund terms are set out in the Terms of Service.
Privacy requests
To ask what personal data is held about you, to request deletion, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under California law or the GDPR, email Contact@dollargravity.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected, what your rights are, and how long a response takes.
Advertising and partnerships
Display advertising on DRAW LAB is served programmatically. Direct advertising, sponsorship and partnership enquiries are welcome at Contact@dollargravity.com.
Two standing rules, so nobody wastes a pitch: this site does not accept placements from lottery ticket couriers, offshore betting operators, or any product promising improved odds, guaranteed wins or "systems" — and paid placements are never presented as editorial content. Advertisers have no input into what gets published here.
What I cannot help with
DRAW LAB is an independent statistics and simulator site. It is not affiliated with the Multi-State Lottery Association, Powerball, Mega Millions, or any state lottery, and it has no access to their systems.
- I cannot check whether your ticket won, validate a ticket, or look up a claim. Only the lottery that sold the ticket can do that.
- I cannot pay a prize or help you claim one. Claims go through the official lottery in the jurisdiction where the ticket was bought.
- I cannot give you tax, legal or financial advice. The guides explain how the rules work and cite the primary sources; a licensed attorney, CPA or financial adviser advises on your actual situation.
- I cannot tell you what numbers to play. Nobody can. If someone offers to, that is the moment to close the tab.
A note on scams
DRAW LAB will never contact you to say you have won a prize, and will never ask you to pay a fee, send a gift card, or provide a bank account or government ID number to release a payment. No legitimate lottery does either. If you receive a message claiming to be from DollarGravity or DRAW LAB that does either of those things, it is not from me — forward it to About@dollargravity.com so I can look at it, and report it to the FTC.
