Privacy Policy
What DRAW LAB collects, why, who else receives it, and how to make us stop.
This policy covers the website at dollargravity.com and the DRAW LAB applications published by DollarGravity ("we", "us"). DRAW LAB is operated by David Choi as an independent project. Questions or requests: Contact@dollargravity.com.
You can use the simulator and read every page without an account. We do not sell your personal information. We do not ask for your government ID, bank details, or social security number, and we never store full payment card data. Most of what leaves this site goes to two places: an analytics provider and the advertising vendors that fund the free tier.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Email address, if you purchase Pro or write to us.
- Message content, if you email us — kept as long as needed to resolve the matter and for a reasonable record afterwards.
- Purchase records for Pro: what was bought, when, the amount, and the last four digits and card brand supplied by the payment processor. Full card numbers never reach our servers. Payment is processed by a third-party provider under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address (city or region level), browser and operating system, screen size, and timestamps.
- IP address, used for security, abuse prevention, coarse geolocation and aggregate analytics.
- Session activity recorded by Microsoft Clarity: page interactions such as mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and rage-clicks, replayed as an anonymised session recording so we can see where the interface confuses people. Clarity masks text input by default; we do not use it to read anything you type.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 3.
Information stored on your own device
Saved number sets, simulator preferences, and the auto-save toggle are kept in your browser's local storage on your device. They are not transmitted to us and we cannot read them. Clearing your browser data deletes them permanently, and we cannot restore them.
Information we deliberately do not collect
We do not ask for or want your date of birth, government identification number, bank account number, full payment card number, or precise GPS location. If you send any of these by email, we will delete it.
2. How we use it
- To operate the simulator, statistics pages and guides, and to keep them working
- To deliver and support Pro subscriptions, and to process refunds and cancellations
- To answer your emails
- To understand which pages are read and which features are used, in aggregate, so we know what to build and write next
- To detect, prevent and investigate abuse, fraud and security incidents
- To display advertising that funds the free tier
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not build advertising profiles ourselves.
3. Cookies and advertising
A cookie is a small file a site or its partners place on your device. DRAW LAB uses three categories:

Analytics providers we use
- Google Analytics 4 (property G-SQ5B0CJL8J) — measures traffic, referral sources and which pages are read. Google's handling of this data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can block it entirely with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Microsoft Clarity (project yfz9lhhg6k) — produces heatmaps and anonymised session recordings so we can see where the simulator or a guide is confusing. Microsoft's privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
Neither is used to identify you personally, and we do not combine analytics data with your email address or Pro account. Both are disabled if you have Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled in a jurisdiction where we are required to honour it.
Third-party advertising vendors
DRAW LAB displays advertising to fund free access. The following disclosures are required and are accurate:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices, the NAI opt-out, or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.
- Google's handling of data from sites that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Opting out of personalised advertising does not remove ads. It means the ads you see are less likely to be based on your browsing history.
Where required by law — including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you consent through the consent banner, and you can withdraw or change that consent at any time from the same banner.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site. Browsers also send a Global Privacy Control signal if you enable it; we treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information for money. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, using third-party advertising cookies can qualify as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising; section 6 explains how to opt out of that.
We disclose information to:
- Hosting and content delivery providers, which process requests and logs on our behalf
- Google (Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Clarity), for traffic measurement and session replay
- Advertising vendors, including Google, as described in section 3
- Our payment processor, for Pro purchases
- An email service provider, which handles mail sent to our @dollargravity.com addresses
- Legal authorities, where we are legally required to, or where necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety
- A successor entity, if the site is ever sold or transferred — you would be notified on this page before any new policy applied
5. Retention
Server and security logs are retained for up to 90 days. Analytics and session-replay data is held by Google and Microsoft under their own retention settings and policies, and we keep no separate copy of it. Purchase records are retained as long as required by tax and accounting rules. Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after the matter closes. Data held on your own device stays there until you clear it.
6. Your rights
All visitors
You can email Contact@dollargravity.com with "Privacy request" in the subject to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity — usually by confirming you control the email address on the account. We will not ask for a government ID to do this.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information is collected, used and disclosed; to delete it; to correct it; to opt out of its sale or sharing; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. To opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, enable Global Privacy Control in your browser or email us with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line.
EEA, UK and Swiss residents (GDPR)
Our legal bases are: contract (delivering Pro), consent (analytics and advertising cookies, where consent is required), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, and understanding aggregate site usage), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records). You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. Data may be processed in the United States under appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where applicable.
7. Children
DRAW LAB is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email Contact@dollargravity.com and we will delete it. Buying real lottery tickets is restricted to those of legal age in your jurisdiction — see Responsible Play.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to systems holding personal data is limited. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not email us sensitive identifiers — we do not need them.
9. Links to other sites
Our guides link to official lottery sites, state revenue departments, the IRS and news sources for verification. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date at the top will change and a notice will appear on this page for at least 30 days. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
