Terms of Service

The agreement between you and DollarGravity when you use DRAW LAB.

Effective September 4, 2026 · Last updated September 4, 2026

These Terms govern your use of dollargravity.com and the DRAW LAB applications ("the Service"), operated by David Choi trading as DollarGravity ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is — and is not

Read this section if you read nothing else

DRAW LAB is an entertainment and information service. It is a simulator, a results archive, a statistics viewer and a library of written guides. It is not a lottery, a game of chance played for money, a ticket seller, a lottery courier, a betting service, or a source of investment, tax or legal advice.

2. No affiliation with any lottery

DRAW LAB is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), the Powerball or Mega Millions games, or any state, multi-state or national lottery. "Powerball", "Mega Millions" and all lottery names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners, used here descriptively to identify the games discussed. We have no access to any lottery's ticket, claim or validation systems.

Only the official lottery in the jurisdiction that sold a ticket can validate that ticket or pay a prize.

3. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 to purchase Pro. The legal age to buy real lottery tickets varies by jurisdiction — it is 18 in most U.S. states but higher in several — and it is your responsibility to know and follow the rules where you are. Lottery products are not legal everywhere; using the Service does not make anything legal that otherwise is not.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site beyond what a normal visitor does; attempt to breach or probe its security; interfere with its operation; misrepresent the Service as affiliated with any lottery; or present output from the Service as a prediction or a guarantee to anyone else.

4. Data accuracy

Draw results are sourced from the New York State Open Data portal (data.ny.gov) and processed automatically. We make a serious effort to get them right — including restricting every statistic to the current game matrix, which many sites do not do — but data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and processing can fail.

Results shown here are unofficial. Always confirm winning numbers and any prize claim against the official lottery in the jurisdiction where the ticket was purchased. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on figures displayed on this site, including a missed claim deadline. Statistics pages state the matrix and drawing count behind each figure, and the site header shows how current the underlying dataset is; please check both.

5. Not professional advice

The guides published on this site explain how tax rules, claiming rules and jackpot payout mechanics work, and they cite primary sources so you can verify them. They are general information, not advice. We are not attorneys, certified public accountants, or licensed financial advisers, and nothing here creates a professional relationship. Tax law and lottery statutes change, and they differ by state and by individual circumstance. Before acting on anything involving a real prize, consult qualified professionals licensed in your jurisdiction.

6. Pro subscriptions and payment

7. Advertising

The free tier is funded by third-party display advertising. Ads are served programmatically and we do not select or endorse individual advertisers or their products. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them. We do not accept placements from lottery couriers, offshore betting operators, or products claiming to improve lottery odds, and paid placements are never presented as editorial content. Ad-related data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The DRAW LAB name and logo, the site design, the software, and all written guides and explanatory text are owned by DollarGravity and protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish articles in whole or in substantial part, or reproduce the site's design or code, without written permission. Underlying lottery draw results are factual public records and are not claimed as our property; our compilation, presentation and analysis of them are.

9. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. If we discontinue Pro entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid term.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of data. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DollarGravity and David Choi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost winnings, lost data, or missed claim deadlines, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DollarGravity and David Choi from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date and, for changes affecting paid subscribers, at least 30 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the change.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose law grants you the right to bring proceedings locally or to rely on your own consumer protection law, that right is unaffected. Nothing here waives any non-waivable consumer right.

15. General

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
